ReNew ProStrip™ Working Tank
The ReNew ProStrip™ Systems are engineered for reliable, production-scale paint stripping performance and includes the following standard features:
- AISI 304 polypropylene, sheet construction process tank
- Insulated tank construction for improved thermal efficiency
- Tank Cover with chemical-resistant polypropylene handles
- Immersion electric heaters
- Integrated electrical control cabinet
- Stainless steel agitation mixer with variable frequency control
- Digital temperature controller and probe with low-level safety shutoff float
- Heavy-duty steel support stand with protective containment tray
- PTFE air-operated diaphragm pump for chemical circulation and transfer
- Protective Basket
ReNew ProStrip™ Filtration Options
ReNew ProStrip™ systems utilize either a filter press or continuous bag filtration system depending on the stripping chemistry and process requirements.
Standard BP Filter Press heavy-duty 15-plate filter press designed for batch removal of paint sludge and heavy contaminants to maintain bath performance and extend chemical life.
Optional Dual Bag Filtration continuous filtration system featuring: 200-micron coarse filtration / 20-micron fine polishing filtration
