Alliant Chemical, LLC warrants the ReNew ProStrip™ Paint Removal System to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, service, and operation for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the original date of installation or shipment, whichever occurs first.
This warranty applies only to equipment installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Alliant Chemical’s written recommendations, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, Alliant Chemical may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair defective components
- Replace defective parts or assemblies
- Provide equivalent replacement components necessary to restore operation
Covered components may include:
- Polypropylene or stainless-steel process tanks
- Structural support frames and stands
- Electric heating elements
- Temperature controllers and probes
- Agitation systems and mixers
- Electrical control panels
- Pumps supplied by Alliant Chemical
- Standard piping and plumbing assemblies
- Filter press and filtration assemblies
- Factory-installed wiring and controls
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide proper electrical, air, water, and ventilation utilities
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
- Maintain recommended operating temperatures and chemical concentrations
- Operate equipment within specified design parameters
- Provide safe service access
- Cover freight costs associated with returned components if required
Chemical Usage Requirement
This warranty is expressly conditioned upon the use of:
- Alliant Chemical branded products
- Or chemical products specifically authorized in writing by Alliant Chemical
Use of unauthorized chemicals, additives, solvents, or process modifications may void this warranty if such use contributes to equipment failure, corrosion, reduced performance, or material degradation.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable items such as seals, hoses, gaskets, diaphragms, and filter media
- Damage caused by improper chemical use or poor bath maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or misuse
- Improper electrical supply or utility failures
- Cosmetic damage not affecting operation
- Fire, flooding, freezing, or acts of nature
- Production downtime, lost profits, or consequential damages
Performance Disclaimer
Processing rates, stripping performance, throughput capacity, and overall system efficiency may vary depending on:
- Coating type and thickness
- Part geometry and metallurgy
- Chemical concentration and contamination levels
- Operating temperature
- Filtration and sludge removal practices
- General operating conditions
Alliant Chemical does not guarantee specific stripping times or production rates unless agreed to in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Alliant Chemical’s liability under this warranty is limited exclusively to repair or replacement of defective equipment or components.
Under no circumstances shall Alliant Chemical be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including production downtime, labor expenses, lost revenue, environmental claims, or damage to customer products.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Equipment serial number
- Date of installation or shipment
- Description of the issue
- Operating conditions at the time of failure
- Photographs or supporting documentation if requested
