ALL-GUARD™ CuPaz 95 is an in-process synthetic, water soluble passivator for copper and copper alloys in annealing and pickling lines. ALL-GUARD™ CuPaz 95 contains a proprietary blend of non-ferrous corrosion inhibitors, copper passivators, and synthetic lubricants. Following copper and copper alloy annealing and pickling processes, ALL-GUARD™ CuPaz 95 is used to avoid re-oxidation of the bare metal. The strip is passivated and dried before being recoiled.
