KLUTHE NIKUTEX – Water borne purging media are used to purge water-based coating systems of paint application equipment, such as paint tube system lines, paint spray guns, and robots with bells for color changing.

ALL-CLENE^™ IX is a concentrated, water based, heavy duty, degreaser and cleaner that is designed to replace cleaners containing toxic substances. It is a versatile multipurpose cleaner designed to be used as a machine cleaner, industrial floor scrubber, high pressure steam type cleaner, soak tank cleaner, construction equipment, concrete floor, and general maintenance degreaser. Ultra-filtration friendly.

ALL-CLENE^™ PSM2310 a neutral pH, water-based, low VOC cleaner for uncured paint. It is a non-corrosive alternative for removing single or two-component catalyzed paint overspray.

ALL-CLENE^™ PSM2309 an alkaline, water-based, very low VOC cleaner for paint overspray. It is also effective in paint line oven cleaning.

ALL-CLENE^™ PSM2372 an acidic, water-based cleaner for heavy build-up of overspray. Effective removal of heavy two-component clear coat and dried cathodic or anodic electro-coats.

Paint Stripping

Liquid chemicals designed for removing organic topcoats from metal substrates.

ALL-SOLVE™2930 is an organic liquid designed for removing organic topcoats from metal substrates at ambient temperatures. ALL-SOLVE™2930 contains strong wetting and emulsifying agents which aid in the quick penetration of alkyd enamels, polyesters, acrylics, oleo-resinous, lacquer, and most powder coatings.  It is safe to use on all ferrous and non-ferrous metallic substrates, including magnesium.

Descaling Equipment Cleaners

Purge chemicals that are used for equipment clean-out to remove scale and biological film growth.

ACID DESCALE^™ 2119 is a strong acid, in liquid form, used to clean and remove iron, zinc, and hard water sludge or scale from stainless steel heat exchangers, process tanks, and heat transfer equipment.

ACID DESCALE^™ 6039 is a very safe and effective acid lime scale, rust, and oxide remover for process equipment. It is non-corrosive and non-fuming like traditional acid cleaners. It is safe for operators to handle and will not damage steel equipment.

DESCALE^™ 2024 is a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner, all in one product for many applications including removal of biofilms from process equipment. DESCALE^™ 2024 is non-corrosive to aluminum and stainless-steel surfaces. This product will not affect waste treatment operations.

Paint Detack

ALLIANT AWT™ 3799NF is a liquid compound designed for paint booth overspray control. It is engineered to manage the latest generation of high solids paints, including both primers and topcoats. ALLIANT AWT™ 3799NF efficiently interacts with paint overspray, forming a dry, buoyant sludge blanket that can be conveniently removed for disposal.

ALLIANT AWT™ 621 is a highly alkaline liquid formulated to raise pH levels in paint detackification systems. It is efficient in maintaining the desired operating system pH while not disrupting polymer processes.

ALLIANT AWT™ 1891 is a liquid organic flocculant designed for wastewater applications to remove solids or oils. It is also effective in flocculating detackified paint dispersed in booth water.

ALLIANT AWT™ 1000 is a specialized mobile blend of liquid defoamers designed for compatibility with a range of paint overspray compounds. It is silicone-free. The formulation of ALLIANT AWT™ 1000 ensures that it initiates immediate molecular bubble bursting upon contact with booth water.
