ALL-FORM^™ – Die Cast Release or Mold Release Agents

The ALL-FORM^™ line of die cast releasing products operate on a wide range of processes including Cold Chamber, Hot Chamber, Squeeze Process, Vacuum Mold and Permanent Mold. ALL-FORM^™ release fluids are available for a range different alloy including Aluminum, Zinc, Magnesium, Lead and Copper. Plunger Lubricants

Alliant Chemical offers a variety of plunger lubricants suitable for various casting operations. Our products include water-based (aqueous) and oil-based options. Each product is designed to specifically reduce friction and to extend tip and sleeve life.

Ladle Coatings and Mold Washes

Alliant Chemical offers ladle coats and mold washes to coal all material exposed to molten alloys in your casting operations. Use on troughs, distributor pans, spouts, floats, ladles, pots, goosenecks, permanent molds, slag carts, shell molds, billet molds and cores. Trimming Fluids

Use Alliant Chemical branded ALL-FORM^™ cutting fluids for trimming operations on aluminum, zinc, and magnesium castings. Our options are formulated to minimize or eliminate residues while providing maximum lubrication and tool life. ALL-FORM^™ trim fluids have high or no flash points and provide rust protection on machinery and equipment.
