Water Soluble Oils

Dilutable fluids, containing high oil content, emulsifiers, and performance additives, are formulated for a range of machining processes.

ALL-KUT™ 6040: This water-soluble coolant is engineered for precision machining of magnesium. Its formulation ensures stability even in hard water conditions and compatibility with steels and other non-ferrous metals. It also doubles as an effective internal lubricant for high-pressure hydroforming operations.

ALL-KUT™ 6050: Our sulfonate-free soluble oil is designed for use with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It incorporates anti-wear and extreme pressure additives, guaranteeing exceptional machining performance.

ALL-KUT™ 6185: A high-performance, soluble metal removal fluid, ALL-KUT™ 6185 excels in machining a wide array of metals. Notable for its low-foaming properties, minimal odor, and remarkable cleanliness, it effectively rejects tramp oil, maintaining the integrity of your operations.

ALL-KUT™ 7008: As an economical solution, ALL-KUT™ 7008 is a heavy-duty, traditional soluble oil. It is fortified with extreme pressure and lubricity additives to minimize friction and wear, making it ideal for production involving aluminum, stainless, and tool steels.

ALL-KUT™ 7115: This water-soluble micro-emulsion is adept for high-pressure machinery, machining a broad spectrum of metals. It combines the cooling benefits of a semi-synthetic with the option for blue dyeing, catering to specific visual requirements.

ALL-KUT™ 7135 NC: Our universal biostable soluble-micro concentrate is tailored for the machining and grinding of all metal types. Unlike its counterparts, it is free from chlorinated EP additives, enhancing its suitability for softer metals such as aluminum.

Semi-Synthetic Fluids

Water dilutable fluids with oil content less than 40%, formulated with specialty emulsifiers, performance additives, and corrosion inhibitors.

ALL-KUT™ 9000: This universal, high-performance, bio-resistant, semi-synthetic concentrate is ideal for machining and grinding ferrous metals, particularly cast iron and tool steels. As a micro-emulsion, it performs exceptionally well in central systems.

ALL-KUT™ 9050: Our all-purpose, semi-synthetic, micro-emulsion coolant is crafted for machining various alloys. It boasts biostability, minimal foaming, negligible odor, and superior lubricity, along with stable emulsion, easy cleanability, and efficient tramp oil rejection.

ALL-KUT™ 9100: Leveraging micro-emulsion technology, this product delivers the cooling required for bundle cutting with intermittent cuts and simultaneously lubricates carbide guides. It is suitable for both band and cold saws.

ALL-KUT™ 9500: This boron-free, bio-resistant, semi-synthetic concentrate excels in machining and grinding both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, especially cast iron and tool steels. It maintains its micro-emulsion form.

ALL-KUT™ 9600: Specifically formulated for machining titanium, this high-performance fluid merges the lubricity of soluble oil with the cooling and flushing properties of synthetics.

ALL-KUT™ 9700: A premium semi-synthetic coolant targeting aerospace-grade, 6000, and 7000 series aluminum. It includes specialty esters and polymeric additives for exceptional machining performance and enhanced boundary film lubrication.

ALL-KUT™ 9800: Tailored for aluminum machining applications, this high-performance fluid features Generation 3 bio-resistance technology and unparalleled biostability. It ensures excellent corrosion protection and superior lubricity, backed by a robust oil package and boundary film lubrication.

ALL-KUT™ 9900 Gen 4: Leading the industry, this hard-water stable micro-emulsion coolant provides outstanding rust protection, biostability, wetting, and clean operation. It is free from sulfonates, chlorine, sulfur, and phenols.

Synthetic Coolants

Metalworking Fluids that form true solutions with no mineral oil.

ALL-KUT™ 4000: This medium-duty synthetic fluid is ideal for cutting and grinding most metals, offering excellent extreme pressure and rust protection. Its low-foaming formula ensures efficient tramp oil rejection and is perfect for Blanchard grinding, band sawing, and general machining.

ALL-KUT™ 4500: Tailored for cast iron machining, this medium to heavy-duty fluid excels in high-pressure transfer lines and includes anti-clinkering agents to enhance performance.

ALL-KUT™ 5000: A high-performance fluid specifically for titanium grinding, it features surface interactive chemicals that provide effective boundary lubrication and leave minimal residue, ensuring extended belt life.

ALL-KUT™ 5500: Our synthetic fluid for grinding carbide prevents cobalt binder leaching, maintaining the fluid’s integrity without turning it into a sticky reddish to purple hue.

ALL-KUT™ 5700: A very heavy-duty synthetic fluid that outperforms even the most robust soluble oils, it’s suitable for machining most metals and provides superior extreme pressure and rust protection.
